“Chris has been keeping me fit, strong, and energetic for over 6 years. I took one of her high intensity cardio/strength classes at the Westfield YMCA and have been hooked on training with her ever since. There’s never a dull moment in any of her classes as she keeps changing the exercises and the 45-60 minutes just fly by. I’ve never gotten such an intense total body workout of every muscle group from any instructor. Her spin classes were also addictive – they were pumped with a combination of her motivating instruction and vibrant music mixes that made my legs spin faster than I thought they could!
