My name is Christina, I am a mom of four, dog lover, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health and Nutrition coach.
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and have expanded my knowledge in multiple specialties and certifications through the years.
I am high energy and absolutely love what I do, whether it is teaching a group fitness class in person or online, personal training or coaching clients to get to their healthiest and best self.

Christina is so talented at what she does. She tailors every training to my needs weekly, and she never repeats! I don’t know how she does it! And she doesn’t miss a trick, always giving helpful reminders, as needed. Total fan!
Stronger, healthier and fun!
I workout with Chris 3 times a week and would do 7 days if I could. She has a passion for fitness and healthy living that comes through in each class she teaches. She is energetic and motivating - striking a beautiful balance of making fitness both fun and challenging. I love the mix of cardio, strength and core focused workouts. Her use of compound exercises make for efficient workouts and she always offers meaningful modifications too. She is motivating by her words and example - it’s inspiring to see her giving 100% alongside of us during a workout. Her cues are clear and demonstrations are helpful which allow you to focus on good form and the muscle group you are targeting. The workout music is varied and keeps the vibe positive. I feel stronger and happier after her workouts and I am confident that anyone else would feel the same way too!
