1. Online Personal Training and/or Health CoachingFocused, efficient sessions—built around you

This option is perfect if you want personalized support without long, overwhelming sessions. Most sessions are 30–45 minutes, making it realistic to stay consistent even with a busy schedule.

You can choose:

  • Personal Training Only – structured workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any limitations
  • Health Coaching Only – guidance around nutrition habits, hormone health, stress, sleep, and lifestyle
  • Combo Sessions – a blend of training and coaching in one session for a truly holistic approach

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

  • Strength training, cardio, stretch and mobility, Pilates, etc..
  • Coaching around nutrition, blood sugar balance, and sustainable habits
  • Support for hormone changes, fat loss, or rebuilding strength after time off
  • Ongoing accountability and check-ins

This flexible approach works especially well for women who want expert guidance, efficient sessions, and a plan that evolves with them—without spending hours working out.

2. Online Group Classes

Motivation, structure, and community—right from home

If you thrive on group energy but still want expert instruction, online group classes are a great fit. It’s an effective, fun way to stay consistent—without overthinking your workouts.

These classes offer:

  • Live (or on catch up) strength and conditioning workouts for the more experienced exerciser
  • Clear, easy-to-follow instruction with options given as needed.
  • A motivating, supportive group environment

Class styles may include:

  • Strength Training, HIIT training
  • Step cardio or cardio kickboxing
  • Pilates and mind-body movement

3. Semi-Private Group TrainingMake your own group with friends or coworkers!

Want something more personal and bespoke than a large class but more fun than training alone? Create your own semi-private group. You bring the group—I bring the plan, structure, and energy.

This option is ideal for:

  • Friends who want to train together from anywhere!
  • Coworkers or workplace wellness groups
  • Moms’ groups or small communities

Benefits include:

  • Programming tailored to your group’s goals and abilities
  • A supportive, social atmosphere with built-in accountability
  • A more affordable option than one-on-one training

4. I Come to You: In-Person Group Classes & Wellness TalksBring movement and motivation to your space

Looking to host a class or wellness event? I offer in-person group fitness and women’s wellness talks for:

  • Corporate wellness programs
  • Community groups
  • Retreats and special events
  • Gyms, studios, or private spaces

Options include:

  • High-energy step or cardio classes
  • Strength-based group workouts
  • Pilates and mind-body sessions, yoga
  • Wellness talks on movement, habits, hormones, and sustainable health

Sessions are engaging, approachable, and designed to leave participants feeling energized and positive!

5. Local In-Person Group Classes

Move, sweat, and feel strong – together! For those local to me, I also offer in-person high energy group classes.

My classes offer safe, effective movement, clear instruction and modifications, and a supportive, welcoming group environment, building strength, confidence and consistency. If you love the energy of moving with others and want guidance in a fun, motivating setting, local group classes are a great fit!
